Sriracha Shrimp is a quick, flavorful dish featuring tender shrimp baked on a sheet pan in about 10 minutes. The shrimp are coated in a bright, balanced sauce of Sriracha, honey, fresh garlic and lime juice for a sweet, spicy and tangy finish.

Sriracha Shrimp Recipe
This is a perfect warm-weather meal: easy to make, bold in flavor, and ready in minutes. The shrimp roast in a hot oven and glaze with a honey-Sriracha-lime sauce that’s both bright and satisfying. I like to finish the dish with extra lime and a sprinkle of cilantro for freshness. Serve the shrimp over rice, tucked into tortillas, wrapped in lettuce, or as a party appetizer with toothpicks.
How to Make Sriracha Shrimp
- Prepare. Preheat the oven to 400°F and grease a large baking sheet with non-stick spray.
- Make the sauce. Whisk together Sriracha, honey, minced garlic and fresh lime juice in a small bowl.
- Bake. Arrange the shrimp on the baking sheet, pour the sauce over them and toss to coat evenly. Bake 8–10 minutes, until shrimp are opaque and tails curl.

How do I serve Sriracha shrimp?
These shrimp are versatile. Serve them as an appetizer with toothpicks, in tacos or lettuce wraps, or over steamed rice or cauliflower rice for a satisfying bowl. They also pair well with simple sides like a green salad, grilled vegetables, or a cooling slaw to balance the heat.
Ingredient Notes
- Shrimp. Frozen shrimp can be used if fully thawed and patted dry. Be sure they’re peeled and deveined before cooking.
- Sriracha. This sauce adds heat plus a garlicky, slightly sweet profile. Adjust the amount to taste if you prefer milder or hotter.
- Honey. Controls sweetness and helps the glaze caramelize. Use a good-quality honey and adjust to preference.
- Lime juice. Freshly squeezed lime provides the best bright, tangy flavor. Bottled juice will work in a pinch but is less vibrant.
- Garlic. Smash then mince cloves for the most flavor. Keep in mind Sriracha already contributes garlic notes, so use garlic to taste.

Enjoy!
