Ingredients

  • 2 pounds smoked brisket cut into small cubes
  • 1 large yellow onion diced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper diced
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 46 fl oz can tomato sauce
  • 1 28 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 1 15 oz can pinto beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 15 oz can black beans drained and rinsed

  • ½ Tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
