Classic Reuben Sandwich Recipe: How to Make the Ultimate Deli Favorite

This Reuben Club Sandwich is a hot, grilled sandwich piled high with turkey, ham, crispy bacon, melted Swiss cheese, sauerkraut and Thousand Island dressing on rye bread. It’s indulgent, messy in the best way, and quick to assemble.

You can also use pumpernickel or swirl rye for a slightly different flavor—both work beautifully.

Easy to make and wonderfully satisfying, this sandwich is great for lunch or a casual dinner.
