To make bulk cooking easier, I created these Printable Freezer Labels. They’re perfect for supporting your Trim and Healthy Lifestyle and help keep meal prep organized.

I love preparing meals in batches and assembling crock pot and freezer dinners from favorite bloggers and sites such as Mixing with Michelle, Darcie’s Dishes, Mrs. Criddles Kitchen, The Coers Family, Working At Homeschool, and many other THM bloggers who share great freezer meal ideas.
There’s also a crock pot section in the Trim Healthy Mama book
See Pages 308–315 for crock pot meals and Pages 316–327 for Hearty Oven Meals. Using printable labels saves time and reduces stress at mealtimes.
Printable Freezer Labels make meal prep simple and efficient.

These labels keep everything you need—meal type, date, and cooking directions—clearly visible on each item.
No more cramming information into a tiny corner of a freezer bag. No more lost taped instructions that fall off foil or glass containers.
I provide the Printable Freezer Labels as a PDF so you can print them on sticker paper and apply them directly to meals. I’ve also printed them on regular paper and taped them to boxes of Minute Rice, rice medleys, and pantry items that go with a specific frozen meal—then bundled those items together with a rubber band.
It may sound like extra work, but it prevents missing ingredients and last-minute trips to the store. When my kids were younger they sometimes used items from the pantry that were meant for a planned meal. Grouping everything and labeling it helped them know which items to leave alone, and it saved me from scrambling for dinner after a long day.
Give the labels a try and see how they work for your meal planning and freezer organization.
