- 2 lbs. cube steak

- 1 envelope Au Jus gravy mix
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 3 ½ cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Directions
- Season the cube steaks with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Set aside.
- Empty the Au Jus gravy mix and the dry onion soup mix into the crock pot.
- Pour 3 cups of beef broth into the crock pot and stir to combine with the dry mixes.
- Whisk the cornstarch with the remaining ½ cup of beef broth until smooth, then add it to the crock pot and stir well to incorporate. This helps thicken the gravy as it cooks.
- Place the seasoned cube steaks in the crock pot, making sure they are submerged in the liquid.
