Crock Pot Peanut Clusters are a simple, crowd-pleasing holiday candy. Made with four types of chocolate and salted cocktail peanuts, these clusters are perfect for gifting or party trays.

This Crock Pot Candy Is So Easy!
Homemade peanut clusters are an ideal no-bake holiday treat. Using a slow cooker makes it easy to prepare large batches with minimal mess and consistent results every time.
Making chocolate-covered peanuts in the crock pot is a handy shortcut—layer the ingredients, let the slow cooker melt the chocolate, scoop into clusters, and chill until set.

Ingredients Needed
- Salted cocktail peanuts: the crunchy base for the clusters.
- Semi-sweet chocolate chips: classic chocolate flavor.
- White chocolate chips: adds sweetness and contrast.
- Dark chocolate chips: provides depth and balance.
- Milk chocolate chips: rounds out the chocolate variety.

How to make crock pot peanut clusters
Step 1: Place the salted cocktail peanuts in the bottom of a 6-quart slow cooker.
Step 2: Layer the chocolate chips over the peanuts: start with semi-sweet, then dark, then milk chocolate.
Recipe Note
Use a full-size 6 qt crock pot for this recipe — the peanuts and chocolate will fill the pot nearly to the top.

Step 3: Add the white chocolate chips on top and cover with the slow cooker lid.

Step 4: Cook on low for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes, until all the chocolate is fully melted and the peanuts are evenly coated.

Step 5: Line baking sheets with wax paper. Use a mini cookie scoop or spoon to drop clusters of chocolate-covered peanuts onto the sheets.
Joy’s Tip
This recipe yields about 60 clusters, so plan on 2–3 baking sheets. About 20 clusters fit on each sheet.

Step 6: Chill the sheets in the refrigerator until the clusters are firm, then transfer to an airtight container for storage.

Storing
At room temperature: Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week for best texture.
In the refrigerator: Keep in an airtight container for up to 1 month. Bring to room temperature a few minutes before serving so they soften slightly.
