Traeger Jalapeno Corn Dip is an ideal appetizer, party bite, or game-day snack. With just five simple ingredients, it soaks up a delicious wood-fired, smoky flavor when cooked on a Traeger pellet grill.
Serve with tortilla chips or Fritos Scoops for easy dipping.

How to Make Traeger Jalapeno Corn Dip
This recipe is extremely simple to prepare—no chopping required. Combine the ingredients in a cast iron skillet or foil pan:
- 2 cans of drained corn
- 1 4-oz can diced jalapeños
- 1 8-oz block pepper jack cheese, shredded
- 1 8-oz block cream cheese
- 1 packet taco seasoning

Place the pan in a smoker or Traeger set to 250°F (121°C) and smoke for 45 minutes. At that point the cheeses will be melty—stir the mixture until everything is evenly combined.
Return the dip to the Traeger and continue smoking for another 45 minutes. The extra time allows the flavors to meld and gives the dip a slightly smoky crust along the edges.

When finished it will be hot, bubbly, and ready to enjoy.

Garnish with chopped chives if you like. This dip is so addictive it can easily become the main event—perfect for nights when you want a crowd-pleasing, low-effort dish.

I often make a little extra and top it with chives. It reheats well and stays creamy, making it great for parties and leftovers.
