As a mom, I juggle a lot. Between packing lunches, remembering library day, and making sure everyone has clean clothes, I also need to keep my family healthy. Scheduling doctor visits, taking the kids to dental appointments, and managing prescriptions all add up—there’s a lot to track, even with help from Dr. Zac!

One reliable way I keep everything organized is by using lists. I make many lists, but one central Family To-Do List hangs on the fridge for appointments, school projects, and household tasks. It helps the whole family stay on the same page.
I’ve created two printable versions of the Family To-Do List that you can download and print for free. Click the image to save the one you want. You can print them as often as you need or protect a copy with a plastic page protector or laminate it to use with a dry erase marker for easy updates.
Anything that helps keep a household organized is a win for me—which is why I love the CVS Mobile App. It puts our family’s prescription details at my fingertips. From the app I can see when refills are due, scan a label to refill a prescription, and set medication reminders for myself or for those I care for. Those reminders are especially helpful when the kids need antibiotics or when someone is sick and needs to remember doses or fluids.
Another feature we use often is the MinuteClinic locator. The app shows nearby MinuteClinic locations, estimated wait times, and lets you save your spot in line before you arrive. We prefer MinuteClinic visits when possible because they’re often faster and more convenient than trying to get into a crowded doctor’s office. Being able to check in ahead of time reduces wait and makes the visit smoother—especially when little kids need to be entertained while we wait.
The CVS Mobile App includes many practical tools beyond prescriptions and clinic care. You can print photos directly from your phone, save paperless coupons to your ExtraCare card, and manage other everyday tasks. These features save time, money, and mental energy—so you don’t have to worry about whether your middle child’s science project is due next Tuesday.
