Strawberry Shortcake Chaffle Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 strawberries, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon strawberry extract

Strawberry Shortcake Chaffle Instructions

  1. Preheat a mini waffle maker.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk the egg until slightly frothy.
  3. Add mozzarella, cream cheese, baking powder, sliced strawberries, and strawberry extract. Mix until combined.
  4. Lightly spray the waffle maker with non-stick cooking spray.
  5. Divide the batter into two portions.
  6. Cook one portion in the waffle maker for about 4 minutes, or until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining portion.
